Refund Policy



We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@himachaltourpackage.org.in. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written communication.

2. Refund Timelines

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are applicable as per the following schedule:

30+ days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost

15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost

7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain services, such as flight bookings, train tickets, and third-party services, may have their own cancellation policies. Any charges levied by these providers will be non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show or failure to join the tour on the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, we will assess the situation and offer alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

7. Processing Fees

Please note that any processing fees or charges incurred during the booking process, such as payment gateway fees, are non-refundable.
